- Mobile app: Download Caira from the App Store or Google Play (search “Caira” or use the links on your center’s welcome email)
If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen or ask your center director to resend an invite.
Common questions
I’m a parent. How do I get access?
Your childcare center creates parent accounts and links them to your child. If you haven’t received an invite, contact your center director — they can resend access from Caira.
I’m a teacher. The app won’t let me log an activity.
Confirm you’re signed in with your center email and that you’re assigned to the correct classroom. If problems persist, email support with your center name and a screenshot of any error message.
Our center is interested in the pilot program
Visit caira.care/#pilot or email support@caira.care with your center name, location, number of classrooms, and preferred contact person.
Photos and voice notes — who can see them?
Access follows your center’s role settings. Teachers and directors see classroom logs; parents see updates shared with them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account or my child’s data?
Contact your center director first. They manage enrollment records. For additional requests, email support@caira.care with your name, center, and the nature of your request.
